• August Poll Worker Training schedule (included) TCA § 2-4-108

• November 3^rd Notice of Election (included) TCA § 2-12-111(a)

  • Discussion, possible action on August Election Day open times TCA § 2-3-201

  • Appoint & approve workers for August 6, 2026 early voting and election day, including counting board & any future additions (handout) TCA § 2-4-102

  • Discussion and action on a uniform list of names that would constitute a vote for certified write-in candidate(s) for August 6, 2026 election (handout) TCA § 2-7-133(h)(1)

NOTE: This meeting will be held at the Washington County Election Commission Office located at 2516 East Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601

Public Comment Sign-Up Sheets will be placed at the entrance of the meeting space fifteen (15) minutes until two (2) minutes before the start of the meeting. Must be a Washington County Resident to sign up and are given three (3) minutes to speak about items on the agenda or pertinent to the duties of the Washington County Election Commission.
